Parmesean Crusted Tilapia

Parmesean Crusted Tilapia

3/4 Cup Parmesean
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
Olive oil
Tilapia fillets

Mix together the dry ingredients.  No need to measure these, just eyeball it. 
Drizzle fish with olive oil, then dredge in Parmesan mixture. 
Bake until done, about 15-20 minutes on about 400 degrees.

We all gobbled these up.  SO good!

  1. This seems to be easier to make than mine, but I would miss the lemon juice an basil.
